Pauline Hutty - Integrative Counsellor
I am an Integrative Counsellor with 17 years' experience of supporting adults, children and young people to overcome a diverse range of issues that have impacted on their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
I view the counselling relationship as a vehicle for change. I believe that being met in the in the here and now by another who is able to attend to our past, present and future concerns with acceptance and empathy can facilitate the healing of hurts and confusions. It can help us to gain a clearer understanding of how we can be influenced by old habits and learned patterns of behaviour that may prevent us from change. It can support us to develop greater self-belief and to treat ourselves with tenderness, respect and compassion.
I provide a quiet, confidential and safe space where I offer to work alongside you.
I will listen attentively to your concerns helping you to gain a clearer understanding of your experience, to clarify your thoughts and to come to terms with inner conflict so that you may find greater harmony and balance in your life.

I offer a range of therapy which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, NLP and Transactional Analysis to the more creative therapies of Jungian, Gestalt and Transpersonal Therapy.
